INFORMATICAL INVESTMENTS OF SAPARD AND AVOP PRO-GRAMMES
Olga, Berta – Miklós, Szabó
Abstract: One of the pre-joining aid programmes was the SAPARD Programme, which is successful all things considered. Our country started to establish the necessary institutional background for the competitions in 2000, and the first competitions were announced in 2002. The competition-system of SAPARD was very different from the other national agricultural aiding systems, which had been known widely before. The most important aim of SAPARD Programme was to make others to get know the competition-system after joining the EU, of course, together with closing u pof the national agriculture. Farmers and enterprises, which were worked with competitions, could accept the first obstacles easily, however, the announced competition-system was very difficult and there were several problems for lack of information. The AVOP was a known competition-form after the joining of the EU, so giving of the competition was easy, however, number of the inquiring people for the competition grew considerably. According to the newest datas, more than 11.000 competitions were given between 2004 and 2 April 2007. Success of the competition-system can open other perspectives for the agricultural enterprises, in so far as, there will be more opportunities to contact with informatical competitions inside of the agricultural section.

ABOUT FLANK SURFACE QUALITY IN HIGH PRECISION PUNCHING OF TOOTHED GEARS
Lucian BUTNAR , Mihai BANICA
Abstract: The high precision punching is a modern procedure in order to obtain high quality cylindrical gears. During the process, the prominent plastic deformation and the superior tensions produce a flank surface with low roughness. The smooth zone proportion from the processed surface is bigger in high precision punching (about 80-90%) than in ordinary punching (about 30-40%). If the influence factors – quality: material, thickness, clearance and friction – have optimal values, and the proceeding technology is correct, the flank roughness arrived to Ra = 0.2…0.4 μm and the toothed gear has a precision in IT 6 – 8 ISO.

CONSIDERATIONS ON STRESS AND ITS CONSEQUENCES, REGARDING THE COMMUNICATION PROCESS
Adriana COTETIU, Rita TOADER
Abstract: Communication is a process of transmitting information, under the form of symbolic messages, between two or more people, some with broadcaster status, and others with receiver status, by means of some specific channels. In the communication process context there appear some perturbation factors, which manifest on the broadcaster – receiver route and which may cause major disfunctionalities. Stress represents the conjunction state resulted from the action of the stressful agent and the adaptation capacity of the organism. To have an efficient managerial communication we must diminish and eliminate the causes that generate stress both at the managers’ level, as broadcasters, and at the subordinates’ level, as receivers.

THE GEOMETRICAL PARAMETERS OF THE HUMAN INTERVERTEBRAL DISC MEASURED USING CT AND AUTOCAD
Monica-Iliuta Creţan, Mihai Gafitanu, Florin Munteanu
Abstract: It is classically taught that the lumbar spine is designed to provide axial rigidity to the lower trunk, to sustain axial compression loads exerted from the trunk and upper limbs and to permit movements between the trunk and pelvis. The intervertebral disc is responsible for transmission and stabilizing a combination of compressive, torsion and bending forces subjected to the trunk of the body. During the degenerative process, changes occur in the nucleus and annulus. A current surgical treatment for degenerative spinal problems is the total disc replacement with intervertebral disc prosthesis. The device must maintain the proper intervertebral spacing, allow for motion, and provide stability. The intervertebral disc prosthesis ideally would replicate normal range of motion in all plane and must reproduce physiologic stiffness in all planes of motion plus axial compression. The objective of this study is to develop an improved automated method that will measure the geometrical parameters of intervertebral disc and in the human lumbar spine from CT scan and with AUTOCAD.

TOOTH FRICTION LOSS IN SIMPLE PLANETARY GEARS
Attila Csobán
Abstract: The efficiency of planetary gears mainly depends on the tooth friction loss. In order to analyze the possibilities to reach the highest efficiency it is necessary to calculate the tooth friction loss. There are some methods for calculation of the tooth friction published in literature, which can be used for the analysis. Using a method developed by Duda to calculate the efficiency of tooth gears and another method suggested by Bartz to calculate the average coefficient of friction between the mating teeth we executed detailed investigation of the parameters influencing the tooth friction loss. Calculations were performed to determine the efficiency of simple planetary gears, evaluating the influence of the tooth profile on the tooth friction loss at different gear ratios. The geometries of tooth profile were changed with different modules and different addendum modifications of the gears.

DIFFERENT HEAT SUM CALCULATION METHODS IN MAIZE PRODUCTION
Dénes Áron Dorka
Abstract: Maize production is of primary importance in the world, especially considering that its cultivation takes up one of the greatest ratios of land used for agricultural production. As a result, the number of farms where maize is not cultivated for either food production or foraging purposes is insignificant. For this reason, establishing economic production is of decisive importance when it comes to determining the efficiency of farms. Profitable maize production depends on a number of conditions, including the professional suitability of farmers, while some aspects of production are independent from these. Heat-sum calculations form a transition from this aspect, since temperatures ocuring during the growing season cannot be influenced by man. However, the method of calculation and evaluation and thus the tool to improve production is in the hands of the farmer. This scientific paper aims to give a special description of heat-sum calculation methods.

FURTHER RESEARCH OF ABRASIVE WEAR BEHAVIOUR OF ENGINEERING POLYMERS
Kalácska Gábor, Zsidai László, Bors Zoltán, Fenyvesi László, Eberst Ottó, Pop Sever
Abstract: To improve the abrasive wear behaviour of a certain tribo system – modifying the system -, there are more keys e.g. replacing the metal surface with a plastic one. If in a given tribo system the engineering plastic part can be acceptable from other engineering points (e.g. strength, life period and fatigue) than the proper plastic selection may improve the abrasive wear performance of the system. The proper plastic material selection is considered as a keyword, because each tribological system is different. Taking these into account, first, we have carried out some simply laboratory test have already been published. Following that we designed a real machine element test systems applying different plastic/metal gear pairs running in abrasive media. The conclusion of the systems and the comparison of the systems were published in different journals and a PhD thesis work was written.
But to clarify the real plastic material behaviour in case of abrasive particles we had to design a further test system, where the sliding plastic surface always act on a pure abrasive contact surface, which is not covered with transfer layer or third body particles. So, the sliding path to run is always clear. Some mechanical properties of the tested materials were measured at the Hungarian Institute of Agricultural Engineering and tribotesting was carried out at SZIU and UNBM. (OTKA T42511, NI 62729, INNOCSEKK, GVOP 3.3.).

THE CURRENT PERCEPTION OF REMANUFACTURING AS AN INDUSTRIAL ACTIVITY
Fedor Kallay, Dinu Darabă
Abstract: In order to avoid costly retrieving of equipment on their end of life, the designers should state the procedures of recovery – remanufacturing – recycling, before specifying their structural characteristics. The strategies of recovering the used equipment may include a combination of remanufacturing, recycling and disposal procedures.
Taking into account effectively the recycling capacity of equipment even since the design stage, enhances both the industrial ecology by rational use of natural resources and energy and the reducing of waste.
The remanufacturing of the technological equipment may be increased significantly by their projecting and design towards remanufacturing, looking for the principles of durable development.

Lefánti Rajmund, Keresztes Róbert, Kalácska Gábor
Abstract: Our daily life is strongly connected to the modern materials e.g. polymers and composites. These materials play more and more important role in airplane and aviation technologies. Not only the common places but load-carrying machine elements are produced of light-weight and wear resistant plastics as well. In the aviation the machine reliability especially is important, so, the good friction and wear properties together with increased corrosion resistance and vibration damping ability, as well low mass features are essential. There are many sorts of technical polymers available of which sliding and load-carrying elements can be produced. To choose proper polymers for a given tribological application is not a simple task owing to many different parameters influencing the performance of a polymer sliding element.

APPLICATIONS OF THE GROUP TECHNOLOGY THEORY IN MANUFACTURING
Jozef Novak-Marcincin
Abstract: Group Technology is a manufacturing philosophy and strategy that assists a company in
understanding what it manufactures and how those products are then manufactured. GT provides a means to identify and exploit the “underlying sameness” or similarities of parts and processes. Once identified, it is possible to capitalize on these similarities by processing together groups of similar parts (families), by standardizing and simplifying closely related and repetitive activities to avoid unnecessary duplication of effort and by efficient storing and retrieving of information related to recurring problems, thereby avoiding solving the same problem again and again.
Keywords: group technology theory, CAPP systems.
AUGMENTED VIRTUAL REALITY APPLICATIONS IN MANUFACTURING SYSTEMS
Jozef Novak-Marcincin
Abstract: Augmented Reality (AR) is a growing area in virtual reality research. The world environment around us provides a wealth of information that is difficult to duplicate in a computer. This is evidenced by the worlds used in virtual environments. Either these worlds are very simplistic such as the environments created for immersive entertainment and games, or the system that can create a more realistic environment has a million dollar price tag such as flight simulators. An augmented reality system generates a composite view for the user. It is a combination of the real scene viewed by the user and a virtual scene generated by the computer that augments the scene with additional information.

Abstract: Silo is widespread solution for storing granular materials. Similarity between behaviour of granular materials and fluids allow of storing in silos. These behaviours are flowing during filling and discharging. Predicting of arching and discharge rate is required for silo designing. There are two methods to predict of discharge rate Johanson’s method and Beverloo’s one. In these models velocity is constant along outlet. Our new model prediction of velocity is not constant. There is good agreement between results of our model and experimental analysis. Our model gives good describing velocity of flowing along outlet. And the model explain for independence of velocity from filling height of silo.

However, examining the effect of cultivation we conclude from the soil resistance into soil compactness, it is indispentable to know the humidity values of the soil. In Hungarian practice comparing various treatment, the nearly equal soil humidity values are compared, therefore a part of values is lost for evaluation. A new method to overcome this problem was invented, when the soil resistance values at various soil humidity are converted into the ones at identical humidity values.

THE ASSEMBLY AS SYSTEM
Ing. Štefan Václav, Prof. Dr. Ing. Jozef Peterka, Ing. Peter Pokorný
Abstract: Slovakia in the short time will be the “Assembly hall of Europe”. In Slovakia will be produced and eminently assembled the most of automobiles on the 1000 citizens in the all word.
In the all words assembly presented the most consumption of the human work in machinery and represents more that 50 % of the all production expenses. In spite of this is little attention dedicated to assembly.
In the some papers are layer that questions as:
- What is the assembly in principle?
- Has assembly his own theory?
- Is the assembly only one from the many technologies or it is only complicated operational manipulation with using of foreign technologies?
In this paper we will attempt to introduce the assembly into the system of the production sciences by using of systematical access known from the cybernetics.
According to this access the assembly has the main goal to produce the profit and this goal is influenced by seven factors whose harmonic envelopment is the fundament of the Sciences of Assembly.

THE EFFECT OF DIFFERENT MULCHING MATERIALS ON QUANTITATIVE CHANGES OF MICROBES IN THE SOIL OF AN INTEGRATED APPLE PLANTATION
Csaba Varga, István Fekete, Miklós Piskolczi, Dénes Dorka, Balázs Helmeczi
Abstract: The purpose of our experiments was to discover the effect of different soil cover materials (agroszövet and black polyethylene) on the number of certain microbiological groups (total bacteria, fungi, aerobic cellulose decomposing bacteria, aerob nitrogen-fixing bacteria) occuring in soil. Soil samples were taken from a Cider apple plantation 4 times a year from March to September. The total number of bacteria and fungi number was determined by plate dilution. Physiological groups was determined on specific liquid culture medium according to POCHON-TARDIEUX (1972). Based on one-way ANOVA of our results it could be said that in soil covered by agroszövet (porous black polyethylene) number of all the examined microbes was significantly higher than in case of black polyethylene covering or control. Although conventional black polyethylene proved better than control, this difference was significant only in case of total bacteria number.
Keywords: mulching, soil covering, fungi, totalbacteria, cellulose decompposing, N-fixing.
SELF ORGANIZING MANUFACTURING CELL PHILOSOPHY
KAROL VELÍŠEK, PETER KOŠŤÁL
Abstract: Philosophy of flexible manufacturing cell dedicated for small batch production present production system that manipulates with workpieces and produce from semi products individual parts for concrete final products. Parts are assembled to final products too. Unlike standard production system in this system the final product are produced and assembled in their workspace mainly from parts produced in this system, eventually from normalized parts. For manipulation and assembly in this system is used industrial robot which is the base of whole manufacturing cell. Exchange grippers for manipulation, machining and assembly are installed on vertical axis. Realization and using this conception projected like flexible production – assembly cell brings smaller occupied place, smaller expense, higher ratio of production device uses.
